Adaptability

With every project comes curveballs, redirection, or something completely unexpected. Working with a start-up like Making Space, gave me the edge when it comes to being prepared for anticipating what comes next as a Product Designer. Maintaining that mentality throughout each feature launch was key to working alongside both the engineering team and the Head of Operations.

Consistency

Applying my research and flexibility allowed me to stay consistent with the Making Space style, to then branch into developing a fully thought out design system. This became more and more important, at a time that scalability was a recurring talking point within the company.
